With an unbelievable 25 players within four shots of the lead, the last PGA event of the calendar year won’t be void of Sunday drama. Storylines abound everywhere – from the likes of Patrick Rodgers, Sahith Theegala and Taylor Pendrith looking for their PGA Tour victory to veterans like Brian Harman, Andrew Putnam, and Ben Martin trying to break their winning droughts. Yours truly has a 30-1 ticket on Taylor Montgomery and a 60-1 on Alex Smalley. I like Montgomery’s chances. In his seven “Sunday” rounds this year he is gaining an average of 3.61 strokes on the field. He also currently has decent value at +1400 to win.
