2022 Charles Schwab Challenge Round 4 Betting and Showdown Picks

With scoring stifled thanks to winds approaching 30 mph and only 20 players shooting under par on Saturday, Scottie Scheffler remained steady shooting another consistent sub-70 round. He finally made his first bogey of the tournament but heads into Sunday’s final round with a two-shot lead over Brendon Todd and Scott Stallings. Harold Varner sits alone fourth place at 8-under. Coming off last week’s missed cut at the PGA Championship, it looks to be Scheffler’s tournament to lose. Currently as a heavy -125 favorite, he is unbelievably in position to win his fifth PGA Tour victory in a span of only 10 starts since February.

With forecasted temperatures reaching the mid-90s and winds gusting to 30 mph again on Sunday, weather will continue to play a role in the outcome of the Charles Schwab Challenge. But with Scottie Scheffler being the third-best “wind player” in the field, and no strong contenders to challenge him, he should be lifting yet another trophy on Sunday.
