A couple of different sites disagree on how much the wind will increase in the afternoon. AccuWeather has winds increasing and gusting in the 20-28 mph range starting around noon. Morning golfers have had success recently with these first-round leader bets. So other than Spieth (who is a first-round auto-bet here) every other selection tees off bright and early. Also, If you play in Showdown contests, holes 17, 18, 1 and 2 are four of the five easiest holes on the course. Targeting golfers who are teeing off on hole #10 will give you a better chance for birdie streak points as golfers make the turn from the back nine to the front.
